Components, not a secret score
Ranking combines explainable parts, for example location match, skill match, availability, experience, customer experience and evidence signals. The weights are set by Nauie administrators, are versioned, and may change as Nauie learns — they are not permanent.
What ranking does not do
- It does not decide whether you are "good" or "bad".
- Paid advertising, if ever introduced, will be kept separate from organic results.
- Your Credentials & Checks do not override relevance: a well-matched worker nearby usually ranks above a distant one.
