Why new workers get a boost
Being new means Nauie does not have much evidence yet — not that your work is poor. For your first weeks after publishing, you receive a limited visibility boost (bigger in the first week, smaller later). You still need to match the customer's skill and location.
Make the most of it
- Publish a complete profile with a clear headline.
- Add at least three portfolio items.
- Keep availability accurate and answer messages quickly.
- Ask teams you have worked with for a professional recommendation.
- Consider submitting an identity check — it is optional.
