Permission first
Only submit photos, videos, documents, or other material you are permitted to share. Do not include private customer information, confidential project information, or identifiable people without appropriate permission.
Attribute correctly
Make clear which worker did which part of the work. Evidence must be attributable and connected to the specific skill.
Private by default
Assessment evidence is not public. The worker decides separately what goes into their public portfolio.
