Nauie is a Philippine skilled-work ecosystem for discovering skilled workers, teams and subcons, the businesses skilled work depends on, and worksite resources — without taking away anyone’s independent identity.
How it works

Open the worker’s own channel: phone, Viber, Messenger, WhatsApp or email.

Workers keep their own identity
A worker’s profile, portfolio, skills and history stay theirs — even when they join a team or own a business.

Specific evidence, not blanket claims
We show exactly what was checked (“✓ Identity Checked”) and which skills were demonstrated. There is no universal approval badge and no hidden overall score.

Location-first, explainable search
Results favour workers who serve your barangay and city, then skill match, availability, experience and evidence — and each result says why it appears.

Private by default
Contact details are shown only to signed-in users, one channel at a time. Documents and personal information are never public.
What Nauie is not
Nauie is a discovery and connection platform. It is not a payment, booking, dispatch, ride-hailing, employment, contractor, agency or service-provider platform, and it is not a general marketplace: business listings stay relevant to skilled work, and transport stays limited to materials and equipment.
Nauie is starting in selected cities and growing step by step. Where a feature is still being prepared, the site says so.
