Terms of Use

Draft — subject to Philippine legal review. This version is provided for the proof-of-concept stage and may change before public launch.

1. What Nauie is

Nauie is a Philippine skilled-work platform that helps people discover and contact skilled workers, teams, relevant businesses and worksite resources. The initial flow is Find → View → Contact → Arrange.

Nauie is a platform, not an employer, contractor, agency, or service provider. Workers listed on Nauie are independent service providers. Nauie provides the platform for customers and workers to find and contact one another and does not employ or directly provide their services. Nauie does not process payments, book or dispatch work, or assign workers.

2. Your account

  • You must be 18 years or older to create a Nauie account and to have an individual public Worker Profile.
  • One person has one Nauie account. Customer, Worker, Team and Business roles are activated inside that account.
  • Creating an account does not require a certificate, formal training or demonstrated skills.
  • Keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • Give accurate information. Do not impersonate another person or business.

3. Account status and marketplace eligibility are separate

Having an account does not make you publicly listed. A Worker Profile appears in customer search only after it meets the applicable marketplace requirements and is published. Nauie may review, request changes to, unpublish or suspend profiles and listings that do not follow these Terms or the Platform Rules.

4. Developing Workers and Skills Development

  • Developing Workers are not presented to customers as independent service providers until the applicable development and marketplace requirements are met.
  • Nauie may facilitate development relationships with Teams, but does not employ, assign, supervise or certify workers through the development system.
  • Teams and Team Leads may submit observations and Skills Demonstration Assessments based only on work they personally observed. They do not own or control a worker's individual professional record.
  • Skills Demonstrated is evidence about a specific skill. It is not a universal guarantee of competence, safety, conduct or future performance, and it is not a government license, professional certification or formal apprenticeship qualification unless a separately approved program says so.
  • Formal certificates are not the only way to demonstrate practical skill. Evidence may include practical observations, portfolio media, work experience, customer experience, recommendations and training/certificates.
  • Workers may respond to or dispute assessments. Formal apprenticeship programs, if ever activated, remain subject to applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

5. Credentials & Checks

Checks such as "Identity Checked" or "NBI Clearance Checked" mean that Nauie reviewed that specific document at a point in time. They are not a universal statement that a person is trustworthy. Clearances are optional. Document numbers, images and exact dates are never shown publicly.

6. Content and evidence you upload

Only upload photos, videos, documents or other material you are permitted to share. Do not include private customer information, confidential project information, or identifiable people without appropriate permission. You keep ownership of your content and allow Nauie to display it as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Arrangements between users

Any agreement about price, schedule, quality, materials, safety or payment is made directly between the customer and the worker, team or business. Nauie does not guarantee employment, customer demand, competence, safety, availability or the outcome of any work.

8. Worksite Resources

Material transport, equipment transport, machinery and worksite logistics listings are for moving materials, tools and equipment only — never passengers. Providers are responsible for their own permits, licenses, insurance and compliance.

9. Suspension and changes

Nauie may restrict or suspend accounts that break these Terms or the Platform Rules. We will publish updated versions of these Terms and ask you to accept important changes.

10. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent through the Contact page (category "Legal & privacy").
