A skill or service One specific thing a worker does, e.g. “Solar panel installation”. A profession or trade A whole occupation, e.g. “Pilot”, “Nurse” or “Physical therapist”. Not sure Nauie staff will work out where it fits.

What happens next

Nauie staff read every suggestion.
If it fits, it is added to the skills list under its trade, and workers can add it to their profile.
If it already exists under another name, your wording becomes a search term so people typing it find the right workers.
