Many skilled Filipino workers learned from family, on the job, or through mentors. Nauie accepts that practical experience is real experience.
Ways to build evidence
- Portfolio: photos of your finished work (with permission).
- Work history: describe the jobs and places you have worked.
- Professional Recommendations: ask team owners you worked with.
- Team observation: a team can record skills they personally saw you do.
- Training or certificates: add them if you have them — they help, but they are optional.
Keep it honest
Only show work you actually did, and say when you did it as part of a team.
