Invite, never assign
You can invite a person who has a Nauie account. They accept or decline. Nauie never assigns workers to teams.
Workers stay independent
A worker in your team keeps their own profile, portfolio, checks and reputation. They can belong to other teams and can leave at any time. Your team's reputation and their individual reputation stay separate.
