Skills Demonstrated
These are specific skills with practical evidence — for example observed by a team, shown in a practical demonstration, or reviewed portfolio work. They appear on your profile as "✓ Door Installation".
Why the difference matters
Customers can see which skills have evidence behind them. Offering a skill without a ✓ is fine; it simply has not been assessed yet. Skills Demonstrated is about the skill, not a label on you as a person.
