On a worker profile you may see:
Skills Demonstrated ✓ Door Installation ✓ Cabinet Assembly
This means there is practical work evidence for those specific skills — for example work observed by a team, a practical demonstration, or reviewed portfolio work.
What it does not mean
- It is not a certificate of the whole person.
- It is not a guarantee of quality, safety, conduct or future availability.
- A skill without a ✓ is not a bad sign — it may simply not have been assessed yet.
Use Skills Demonstrated together with the portfolio, recommendations, checks and your own conversation with the worker.
