What an assessment is
A Team Lead who personally observed your work records, skill by skill, whether it was Demonstrated, needs More Development, or is Not Yet Demonstrated.
Your rights
- You can see the outcome of each assessment.
- You can respond, acknowledge, or dispute it.
- Nobody else can rewrite your record, and a team does not own your professional history.
After the result
"More development needed" is normal. It comes with a next step, and you can be reassessed. One successful task does not automatically count for every related skill.
