- Write professional recommendations about work you observed.
- Submit observations and assessments for skills you personally saw.
You cannot
- Create, edit or own another person's Worker Profile.
- Change a worker's portfolio, checks or personal information.
- Rewrite an assessment after the worker disputes it — disputes go to Nauie.
- Move a worker's history or reputation to your team.
