Completion is not a certificate
When the required development and evidence are complete, Nauie performs an eligibility review. Completing the pathway is not a certification of you as a person, and it is not a government license.
If you are eligible
Your profile becomes an Independent Worker profile and can appear in customer search for the skills you demonstrated. As a newly independent worker you also receive the normal new-worker visibility boost.
If not yet
You will see what is still needed and can continue developing. The typical pathway takes three to six months, but completion is based on evidence, not time alone.
